We are based in Innisfil and on the road every day. Most of our work runs from Orillia down through Barrie and Bradford into the north end of the GTA. If you are inside that band you are on our normal route, not a special trip.

Every area on this list has its own plumbing personality. Pick your town and we will tell you what we usually find there.
Innisfil and around the lake
This is home. Older lakeside properties here have their own personality: shallow service lines, seasonal shut-offs, and a lot of galvanized still in the ground. We know which streets have which.
Barrie and Simcoe County
A big mix of housing stock, from downtown Barrie century homes to new subdivisions where the builder plumbing is barely five years old and already showing its shortcuts.
Northern GTA and York Region
Heavier clay soil through a lot of this area, which is exactly where sewer lines shift and roots find their way in. Camera first, dig second.
Not sure if you are in range?
Call and ask. If we cannot get to you quickly we will say so rather than have you waiting on a truck that is an hour and a half away. On the far edges of the map — Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Orillia — we schedule rather than promise an hour.
