Why look first
Digging on a guess is how a small problem becomes an expensive one. A camera answers the only question that matters: what is actually in the line, and where. Roots at eleven metres is a different job from a belly at four, and neither is the same as a lateral that has parted at the property line.
What you see
We put the camera in and you watch it with us. Roots, a crack, a belly holding water, grease, a collapsed section, or — often enough — nothing wrong at all and the problem is somewhere else entirely. We locate and mark the depth and position on the ground so that if anything does need opening, it is opened in one place.
Buying a house
A camera inspection before you close on an older house is the cheapest insurance there is. On a home with mature trees over the lateral, or one built before the seventies, it is the difference between knowing and hoping.
After the work
On anything we replace we camera it again at the end, and you get to see that too. It is the only honest way to show that the line is what we said it would be.
