The signs
A water bill that has climbed for no reason. A meter that moves with every tap in the house shut. A warm patch on a floor. A musty smell in a cupboard that will not go. A crack in the foundation that is wet on one side.
How we find it
Acoustic listening equipment on the line, pressure testing to isolate the run, and thermal where it helps. The point is to arrive at a spot on a wall rather than a wall. Then we open that spot, repair it, and you are dealing with one patch instead of a renovation.
Slab and under-floor leaks
A leak under a slab is the one people dread, and it is exactly where finding it precisely pays for itself several times over. In some cases re-routing the run is cheaper and less destructive than opening the floor at all — we will price both so you can choose.
Small repairs, done properly
Most of what we find is one fitting, one section, one joint. We repair it, pressure test it, and put the wall back well enough that you are not looking at the patch for the next ten years.
