You get a number before we start, in writing, and it is the number you pay unless something changes underground that neither of us could see — in which case we stop, show you, and agree the next step before carrying on.
What warrantied actually means
If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it. No argument and no invoice. That is the whole policy.
When we tell you not to hire us
If a repair will not hold and a replacement is the honest answer, we will say so. If the job is genuinely better suited to a specialist, we will tell you that too. We are around here for the long run and would rather keep the relationship.
